I can't say enough about this cabin. Its on the mountain with AMAZING views. It was immaculate when we got there. I loved the lil notes around that will help you if you don't know how to do things like start a fire or turn on the jacuzzi. We will make this a yearly traditional trip for our family....I can't wait to go back. It was everything it was supposed to be and more!!!!

Fred & Pat are wonderful hosts! Every detail at Sugar Shack is perfect. We look forward to staying in their chalet each year. It is very well kept up & decorated adorably for each season. Views are beautiful! Lots of things to enjoy, both sight seeing and restaurants close by. They both are always available for any questions you may have. Thank you Fred and Pat

This chalet was, I'd say, the best place I've every stayed in while visiting the Great Smoky Mountains. It's locationn is just right. Secluded just enough and not to far out from everything you would need to get too. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook. There are plenty of linens/towels, also a washer and dryer if you need them. The beds are comfortable and I liked the fact that each bedroom had it's own private full bath. The hot tub on the deck was ready for us the moment we arrived. But, the best part for last...the view from the chalet is stunning! We even got snow while visiting and that made it breathtaking. Thank you Sugar Shack for having us!

Left on June 24, 2019 for a June stay. We loved our time at the Sugar Shack. The view was phenomenal! The house was just as described and the owners were easy to work with. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Christopher 02/15/2018 11:42 AM Left on Nov 13, 2017 for a stay in Nov 2017 The entire family loved our extended weekend stay at Sugar Shack Chalet! We checked in on a Thursday evening and hiked Chimney Tops and Mt LeConte on Friday and Saturday. The leisurely morning views and the hot tub were the perfect way to recover from our hikes. The whole place was very clean, the beds were large and comfortable and the deck and hot tub had amazing views. Mike 01/19/2018 02/15/2018 11:44 AM This chalet was all we hoped for and more! We are already planning a return trip. I highly recommend this rental. The sights of Gatlinburg were nice but we would have had no problem staying in the whole time!

Fantastic Left on Mar 13, 2018 for a stay in Mar 2018 This chalet was everything advertised! Beautiful view. Clean and comfortable, beautifully decorated. All the comforts of home. Keeping this one on my list!
